• Expect several waves within less than an hour, the first wave may not be the largest
• After a wave hits, water will rush back out for several minutes, dragging unsecured objects into the ocean which can be followed by additional surges of water
• Tsunamis can move faster than a running person
• Tsunami wave action can last for many hours
• Events can occur any time of a day in any month; have a ready plan if case it happens

There is talk that they may be canceling the tsunami warning because it seems to have had the worst pass us already. They are not expecting it to get any worse and it hasn’t really done much.

i am very much worried ’bout the possibilities that Tsunami hits here in PhIlippines.were now in alert level 1.particularly in eastern side of the country.,hope it wil not happen.God help us.,
